We have come to this decision in order to better facilitate the upcoming needs of our clients, since we have noticed an increased volume of transits through Galle.

For your kind information, as of November 18th, 2011, the new port of Hambantota situated near Galle, is fully operational including its new International Airport.

MSI proudly announces a new partnership with the Danish-owned security firm, AS Solution. The contract was signed on July 14th, at the MSI headquarters.

Concretely pertaining to the present situation in the Gulf of Aden, MSI with AS Solution offer both armed and unarmed solutions to care take the day-to-day security operation, as well as the necessary communication and coordination with the local authorities for individual vessels as well as the shipping companies operating in the area.

Apart from Greece and Denmark, MSI and AS Solution are represented in North America (Seattle) and Africa and have offices in Kenya (Nairobi and Mombasa), Tanzania (Arusha and Dar es Salaam) and Singapore. The existing operations of the offices in Kenya and Tanzania allow us to maintain good relations with the authorities and relevant bodies in the region.
